The treatment
A new root, a new tooth
A dental implant replaces the whole tooth, not just the visible part. A small titanium fixture takes the place of the root and fuses naturally with the bone, giving the final crown the same firm foundation a natural tooth has. You eat, speak and smile normally, and the neighbouring teeth are left untouched.
At Lamazi every implant starts with 3D imaging, so the position, angle and size are planned digitally before anything touches your mouth. That planning is what makes the placement itself short and predictable.
Step by step
How it goes
Assessment & 3D planning
An examination and a CT scan of your jaw; we confirm the bone is ready and plan the exact position digitally.
Placement
The fixture is placed under local anaesthesia — usually in under an hour — then the bone fuses with it over two to four months.
The final crown
Once integration is complete, an abutment and a custom-shaded crown are fitted — and the tooth is yours to use.

Does getting an implant hurt?
Placement is done under local anaesthesia, and most patients describe it as easier than an extraction. Mild soreness for a few days afterwards is normal and manageable.
How long do implants last?
With good hygiene and regular check-ups an implant can serve for decades — the crown may be renewed over time, while the fixture itself usually stays.
Am I a candidate?
Most healthy adults are. Bone volume, gum health and general health are what we check at the assessment — and if bone is lacking, grafting can often prepare the site.
