Terms of service
Effective date: August 3, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using the Lamazi website, sending an appointment request, or contacting us through our channels, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Site content is not medical advice
Information published on this site — including service descriptions and result photos — is general information only. It is not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a promise of a particular outcome. Results vary from person to person, and the right treatment decision is made only after a clinical examination by the treating clinician.
Appointment requests
- Submitting the booking form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a confirmed appointment; an appointment is confirmed only once the clinic contacts you and fixes it.
- You agree to provide accurate information when requesting an appointment.
- If you cannot attend, please tell us in good time so the slot can go to someone else.
Prices
Any prices shown on the site are indicative and subject to change; the final cost of any treatment is set after examination and consultation at the clinic.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site's forms to send spam, abusive or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its protections, or harvest data about its users.
Intellectual property
All site content — text, logos and photographs, including result photos published with their owners' consent — belongs to or is licensed to the clinic and may not be reused without prior written permission.
Third-party services
The site may contain links or tools from third parties (such as maps and Meta's messaging channels). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and the clinic is not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; changes apply from the date they are published on this page.
